The project spanning over 4.2 acres is a high-end Mixed-Use Development comprising a 300-Room Hyatt Regency Hotel, Hyatt Serviced Apartment Tower, an Apartment Tower, a Retail Mall along with basement car parks and related recreational/ancillary facilities. The gross area of the project is about 1.5 Million Sq.ft.
The services involved provision of principal consultancy and project management on the project for which architectural concept was prepared by an international architect, SRSS & Associates Pte. Ltd.
