PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Views is a 43-storey luxury apartment complex, Its apartment towers include upscale residential products and a dedicated recreational floor (with indoor & outdoor amenities). The development which has a gross area of about 1.4 million sft, is supported with multi-level basement/podium car parks.

The project’s construction which is scheduled to be completed within 40 months is one of the few buildings in the country to feature post-tensioned slab technology. The façade of the building has been specially treated to withstand the pitting effect of the seawater.
