Project Description

The Company Principal/CEO has served on the Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) of the, USD 800 Million, new Islamabad International Airport (IIAP). He was also nominated by Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan (CAAP) on the Arbitration Tribunal of new Multan International Airport (MIAP).

The DRB has remained extensively involved for 4 years, in resolving a significant number of high value and complex disputes/claims for this prestigious mega project, to be constructed at a cost of USD 800 Million.

The Arbitration Tribunal has been constituted to arbitrate on disputes/claims related to the ongoing construction of the expansion/upgradation of facilities at the Multan International Airport (MIAP).
