PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities as Development Advisor:

  • Planning an inclusive product mix catering to a full socio-economic spectrum: from affordable plots to luxury housing (including a signature golf course precinct).
  • Conducting location assessments, financial viability studies, and formulating development strategies.
  • Recommending planning densities, development charge regimes, and cash flow-linked inventory release schedules.
  • Structuring staged habitation and early livability strategies through selective development of destination precincts (golf course, gated villa community, etc.).
  • Providing advisory on PPP frameworks, welfare components, and institutional capacity building for DHA.
