As a premier multidisciplinary design and project management firm, Promag is expanding its international footprint.
Following recent successful ventures in the UK, the Company and its Group intend to focus on invigorating and establishing its presence in Dubai.
We are accordingly seeking a dynamic and visionary professional to spearhead this strategic growth. The selected individual will be groomed for a Resident Director’s position with real potential for profit sharing and equity participation in our Dubai operations, based entirely on performance and demonstrated capability.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate development sector, preferably with a design or project management consultancy
- Strong knowledge of the complete design and construction management lifecycle in the Dubai regulatory environment
- Preferably an Architect with a proven track record in leading and managing multidisciplinary design & management teams and delivering projects
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development, lead teams, and manage operations with an entrepreneurial mindset

We are now looking to induct an accomplished Civil Engineer into Infraplan (Pvt) Ltd as someone who is ready to lead key local and international projects and be positioned for a Director-level position to provide effective leadership for the future growth of the firm.
About the Role
This is a leadership-track role for a dynamic, technically sound and visionary professional with:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in building and infrastructure projects
- Strong background in multidisciplinary design coordination
- Proven team leadership and delivery of complex projects
