With over 40 years of local and international experience, Mohammad Nizamuddin Arif is a highly accomplished specialist in contracts advisory, project management, contract administration, and procurement. His expertise combines strong engineering foundation with extensive experience in the structuring, administration and management of complex construction contracts across major infrastructure and building projects.

Following his qualification in Civil Engineering, Mr. Arif specialized in Structural Engineering and Construction Contracts in the United Kingdom, complemented by further specialization in Project Management, Project Analysis and Control Systems in Kuwait.

His distinguished career includes over 20 years as Head of the Foreign Contracts Department, Ministry of Defence, Kuwait, and nearly 10 years as Chief Engineer of B.R. Herman & Mohatta Ltd., Karachi, a subsidiary of Dorman Long, UK. He is widely recognized as one of Pakistan’s most experienced professionals in construction contracts and project management.

Working with ProMag’s Development Advisory, Design and Project Management teams, he provides specialist advisory on contract documentation, contract administration, concession agreements, feasibility frameworks, claims management and dispute resolution. His experience encompasses high-rise developments, bridges, industrial facilities, power plants, dams, air and naval bases, housing developments, educational institutions and major infrastructure projects.

Mr. Arif possesses extensive knowledge of international standard forms of contract, including FIDIC, AIA and JCT. He is a Life Member of the Institution of Engineers Pakistan, a Member of the Kuwait Society of Engineers.

He is one of the founding Directors of the Group, where he has played a key role in shaping the Company’s strategic direction for over 15 years.

Following an outstanding academic journey spanning an Economics degree from LUMS, a postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning from the University of Sheffield, and an MBA in Finance from Imperial College London, Hina has built a diverse professional profile combining strategic planning, development management, financial analysis, and business leadership.

Over the past 10 years at the Group, she has played key roles across major planning, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, including the planning, design, and management of the 10,600-acre DHA Multan, the 29 million sft EMAAR OceanFront and the upcoming 2.5 million sft high-rise Bank Headquarters and Business Complex in Karachi. Her professional experience also includes a substantial tenure as a Project Analyst, with particular involvement in REIT structuring and asset remedial transactions for financial institutions.

This multidisciplinary background has led to her current leadership role within the business, where she is spearheading the Group’s growing specialization in Development Advisory while actively managing the integrated 360-degree project lifecycle across Project Management and associated professional services.

Phil is the Founder of GILLARD Atelier. Having built an accomplished architectural career spanning the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Phil has established himself as a highly respected design leader with extensive experience in the planning, design and delivery of complex mixed-use, hospitality, commercial and residential developments.

Over the course of more than three decades, he has contributed to a number of internationally recognized projects including the Dubai International Financial Centre and the award-winning Msheireb Downtown Doha regeneration program. His work has consistently focused on creating architecture that successfully balances design quality, user experience, sustainability and commercial performance, while responding sensitively to both cultural and environmental context.

This international experience is fully deployed in his role where he contributes strategic architectural leadership and design insight across the Company’s portfolio of projects. Working alongside Promag’s Development Advisory, Planning, Engineering and Project Management teams, Phil strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver design-led developments informed by global best practices while remaining responsive to local market conditions and project objectives.

Drawing upon more than two decades of leadership experience in international banking and over a decade in real estate development, Shahid Nadeem has built a distinguished professional profile combining financial strategy with real estate development.

Throughout his career, Shahid has held leadership positions with leading financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank AG, First Gulf Bank and the National Bank of Pakistan. His professional journey subsequently expanded into real estate development, where he has successfully led and managed development ventures across Pakistan and the UAE.

This unique combination of financial institution and development experience forms the foundation of his role in Strategic Advisory, where he contributes to the strategic structuring and financial planning of complex development projects. Working alongside ProMag’s Development Advisory, Design and Project Management teams, Shahid strengthens the firm’s ability to align development opportunities with investment objectives, funding strategies and strategic partnerships, helping deliver projects that are commercially viable, financially sustainable and aligned with long-term development objectives.

With over 27 years of professional experience in civil engineering, construction management and infrastructure delivery, Faisal Mansoor Kiani is an accomplished specialist in construction management, supervision, contract administration, project execution and quality management. His career spans major infrastructure, residential and mixed-use developments, complemented by international experience with the United Nations in East Timor.

While leading Construction Management at Infraplan Pvt. Ltd, the Group’s specialist engineering design and construction management company, Mr. Kiani leads construction management operations while working closely with Promag’s Development Advisory and Project Management teams to integrate construction delivery with overall project objectives. His expertise provides the critical link between design, construction and project management, ensuring quality, compliance, timely execution and successful project delivery.

During his 8 years at the Company his portfolio includes leadership roles on some of Pakistan’s largest developments. These include the 10,600-acre DHA Multan, 537-acre integrated development at Eighteen Islamabad, EMAAR’s 44 storey Panorama & The Views towers. and other large-scale residential and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Kiani holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He is a member of the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Institution of Engineers Pakistan, a certified IOSH Occupational Health & Safety professional, and a Lead Auditor in Occupational Health & Safety Management. His distinguished career includes a United Nations Commendation for meritorious service as an Engineer Liaison Officer.

Sana Farrukh has developed a strong multidisciplinary foundation in planning, development advisory, and project management through a progressive academic pathway. Following her postgraduate studies at The Bartlett School, University College London, she explored real estate development through a diploma in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University before completing her MBA from the University of Warwick, establishing a strong blend of planning, commercial, and strategic expertise.

At Promag, Sana is actively engaged in the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex mixed-use and residential developments across the UK, UAE and Pakistan. Her responsibilities encompass development strategy, commercial viability, planning coordination, multidisciplinary integration and project management.

Her current portfolio includes landmark international developments such as the £1.5 billion, 53 storey Skylines development at Canary Wharf, London, and Herringham Quay, an 800-unit waterfront residential community on the River Thames. Working closely with Promag’s leadership team, she contributes to the successful delivery of these projects through integrated Development Advisory and Project Management, helping guide projects from strategic planning/design optimization through to implementation.

Sana combines strong commercial awareness with technical planning expertise and an international perspective to deliver high-quality, commercially viable, and sustainable real estate developments.

With nearly four decades of experience, Asif Zia specializes in the planning and design of high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments and large-scale master-planned communities. His expertise spans architectural concept design, master planning, multidisciplinary design coordination, design documentation and construction phase technical support.

As a Principal Architect at Promag’s affiliate Group firm, LOCii Inc. Pvt. Ltd., Asif leads the concept development of architectural projects, working closely with Promag’s Development Advisory, Design and Project Management teams to deliver coordinated, commercially responsive and regulatory-compliant design solutions. His expertise in the planning and programming of tall buildings contributes to maximizing development potential, functional efficiency and architectural quality.

Over the past 14 years, he has played a key role in landmark developments including 6500-acre DHA Bahawalpur, 29 million sft EMAAR OceanFront, 40 level COM-3 building, 27 storey Signature 27 building and the 320-acre Abraj-Al-Jamia Development, Sudan.

Asif is a registered member of the PCATP and is licensed by the SBCA, LDA, CDA, and Cantonment Boards Lahore & Karachi.

Owais Hasan is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in the planning, design and delivery of residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed-use developments. In a leadership role at LOCii Inc., the Group’s specialist architecture and urban planning practice, he is responsible for the development of architectural concepts, detailed design, technical documentation and multidisciplinary design coordination.

Working in association with Promag’s Development Advisory and Project Management teams, Mr. Hasan transforms development strategies into practical, commercially viable and aesthetically refined design solutions. His expertise encompasses architectural design, master planning, interior architecture, technical documentation and the coordination of architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

During his 10 years at the Company his key project experience includes the 27-storey Signature 27 building in Karachi and the ongoing Delta by Marriott and JW Marriott Hotels at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

Mr. Hasan holds a Bachelor of Architecture and contributes to the Group’s integrated design capability through close collaboration with development, engineering and project management teams.

Rizwan Raza is a highly experienced Building Services Engineer with over 35 years of professional experience in the planning, design and management of MEP services for complex building and infrastructure developments. For the last 6 years as a part of Infraplan Pvt. Ltd, Infraplan, the Group’s specialist engineering design and construction management practice, he works with Promag’s Development Advisory and Project Management teams to deliver integrated, efficient and technically robust building services solutions.

His expertise encompasses electrical and building services design, power generation and distribution, ICT and ELV systems, building management systems, design coordination, tender documentation and construction support. He has delivered MEP solutions for large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality and infrastructure developments, including central air-conditioning, standby power generation, substations, pumping stations and utility networks.

His portfolio includes the Delta by Marriott Mixed-Use Development at Gulberg Greens, the LEED Gold Certified Citibank Offices (AWT Plaza), and the Mangla Smart Homes development.

Mr. Raza holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from NEDUET and is a Licensed Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council. He is also PMP-certified and has undertaken advanced professional training in project management, building management systems, telecommunications and utility infrastructure.

Narendar Rathore is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with over 20 years of professional experience in the planning, design and quality assurance of major roads, highways and infrastructure developments. Working with Infraplan Pvt Ltd, the Group’s specialist engineering design and construction management practice, he provides technical leadership in road engineering while coordinating and managing the other aspects of infrastructure engineering including, water supply, and sewerage & storm water. He is actively involved with Promag’s Development Advisory and Project Management teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.

His expertise includes roads and highway engineering, infrastructure design management, multidisciplinary coordination, and QA/QC compliance with international codes, standards and project specifications. He has successfully managed road design teams and coordinated the integration of transportation networks with utilities, structures and master planning for large-scale developments in Pakistan and the UAE.

In his 8 years with the Company his experience includes the 75-acre, 29 million sft EMAAR Oceanfront Development, Karachi, the 10,600-acre DHA Multan, the 6,500-acre DHA Bahawalpur, the 537-acre Eighteen Mixed-Use Development, Islamabad, and the Thematic Villa Community at DHA Multan.

Mr. Rathore holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and is a Member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as well as the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (MCIHT), UK.

Gohar Altaf is a highly experienced Cost Consultant and Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of professional experience in cost planning, quantity surveying, contract administration and commercial management across major building, infrastructure and industrial developments. Working with Promag’s Development Advisory and Project Management teams, he provides technical input throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility and procurement through construction and final account settlement.

His expertise encompasses cost planning, cost estimation, value engineering, tendering and procurement, contract administration, claims evaluation and commercial risk management. With extensive knowledge of construction contracts, methods of measurement, procurement strategies and material sourcing, he delivers commercially robust solutions that enhance project viability while maintaining cost control.

During more than 13 years with the Company, Mr. Altaf has played a key role in the commercial management of landmark developments including the 40-storey COM3 Mixed-Use Development, the 10,600-acre DHA Multan, and the 6,500-acre DHA Bahawalpur developments. As the lead costing resource for the EMAAR, 44 storey Panorama and The Views high-rise towers, he has administered and certified construction payments exceeding USD 175 million, ensuring contractual compliance and rigorous commercial governance.

Mr. Altaf is professionally affiliated with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds certifications as a Certified Contract Management Professional and Certified Estimator, reflecting his commitment to international best practices in cost management and commercial administration.

Muhammad Naeem is a Structural Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in the structural design and construction supervision of high-rise and complex building developments. Working with Infraplan Pvt Ltd, the Group’s specialist engineering design and construction management practice, he collaborates with Promag’s Development Advisory and Project Management teams to deliver coordinated structural engineering solutions from design through construction.

His expertise encompasses high-rise structural design, construction supervision, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical stakeholder management. He has extensive experience in the design and delivery of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments, ensuring structural integrity, design efficiency and seamless integration with architectural and MEP disciplines.

Mr. Naeem holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from NEDUET and is a Member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

His project experience includes the 45-storey EMAAR Panorama Tower, The Views at EMAAR Oceanfront, Karachi, and the Delta by Marriott Mixed-Use Development at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
