The Role
We are expanding our team and now seek an Architect with experience in Dubai/UAE. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful design management, coordination, and delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate design management, development, and documentation.
- Oversee multidisciplinary coordination across various stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organize authority submissions
- Provide technical input during the construction phase.
- Ensure compliance with international and local design standards.
- Regularly coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Position Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (recognized university).
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including experience in Dubai/UAE based projects.
- Knowledge of UAE building regulations.
- Hands-on experience with high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
