Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Lead and manage refurbishment projects, including planning, execution, and quality assurance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, work completed, and equipment status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the team, as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A recognized engineering qualification (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Proven experience in maintenance and refurbishment roles, ideally in [relevant industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, etc.].
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to work.
  • Familiarity with tools, machinery, and equipment used in maintenance and refurbishment projects.
