We are accordingly seeking a dynamic and visionary professional to spearhead this strategic growth. The selected individual will be groomed for a Resident Director’s position with real potential for profit sharing and equity participation in our Dubai operations, based entirely on performance and demonstrated capability.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate development sector, preferably with a design or project management consultancy
- Strong knowledge of the complete design and construction management lifecycle in the Dubai regulatory environment
- Preferably an Architect with a proven track record in leading and managing multidisciplinary design & management teams and delivering projects
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development, lead teams, and manage operations with an entrepreneurial mindset

Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced engineer for the maintenance and refurbishment of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic individual with a strong technical background in engineering, capable of managing maintenance projects and refurbishments with attention to detail and a focus on quality. We are looking for a candidate who is young, motivated, and adaptable, ideally with a small family or as a single individual who is ready to embrace the challenges of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Lead and manage refurbishment projects, including planning, execution, and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, work completed, and equipment status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A recognized engineering qualification (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Proven experience in maintenance and refurbishment roles, ideally in [relevant industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, etc.].
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to work.
- Familiarity with tools, machinery, and equipment used in maintenance and refurbishment projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Flexibility and adaptability in working hours and project requirements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be young and dynamic, with a preference for candidates who are either single or have a small family.
